How do I change the status into an appointment?
- Click to turn the status into an appointment
- Select date
- Select time
- Click update
- Client will be immediately texting the appointment confirmation with the date and time.
- Clients will also receive a 24 hour reminder, automatically the day before the appointment
- Both of these texts can be customized in the workflow setup screen by the system admin.
