Frequently Asked Questions

Does require a contract or long-term commitment?

Nope! ATMe is a month-to-month service that doesn’t require any long-term commitment or contract, though we do offer a 10% discount for annual billing.

We recommend that you get started on the month-to-month billing when you first start using the tool. If you decide that you don’t know how you ran your shop without us, that’s the time to save yourself the 10% and go annual.

Can integrate with my Shop Management System (SMS)?

ATMe is designed to run completely stand-alone without any issues, but we understand the desire to pull data from your SMS. We do offer integration with several popular Shop Management Systems (SMS). Check out our integration page for more details.

We are constantly working to expand the Shop Management Systems we integratewith.  If you don’t see your particular SMS on the list, don’t let that deter you from taking advantage of the power of ATMe now.  We will work with you and your SMS representative to get the integration in place for you.

We firmly believe in system interoperability and getting you the information flow you need to keep the wrenches turning.

How long does it take to implement into my shop ?

After completing a Demo Consultation with Darryl or Scott we can generally have your shop’s site built and ready to use the same day or the next business day.

We do recommend upon delivery of your site that you begin by going over our quick start guides, training videos, and spend some time setting up your shop and your workflow. Then, add yourself or a friend into the system and get familiar with how easy and powerful our workflow and communication tool is to use.

It won’t take long long before you’re running live customers through the tool. If you ever get stuck or need to ask a question, we are always an email or phone call away.

Is there a free trial period?

Yes. If after completing a Demo Consultation you decide you see value in the ATMe tool and could use it in your shop, we would be happy to set up a fully functional Core and Digital Vehicle Inspection Add-On site for a full two weeks on us!

No credit card is required; all we need is some basic shop information, and we can have you evaluating your fully functional site in less than 24 hours.

If after the 2 weeks you can’t remember how you ever did business without the ATMe tool, simply enter your credit card information and keep using

Can I cancel at anytime?

We will certainly be sad to see you go. But yes, you can cancel at anytime. We don’t believe in locking anyone into a long-term commitment that isn’t working out for them.

Do you have a Referral Program?

Absolutely, we do.

For any active customer who refers a new shop that also becomes an active (paying) customer, we will credit the referring shop one full month service on us as a thank you!
